Job summary

Ivy Rehab ABA is seeking a Clinic Director and Investing Partner to lead a new pediatric ABA clinic from the ground up. You will shape clinical vision, recruit and develop staff, and build relationships with referral partners while advancing patient care in the local community.

The role combines clinical leadership with equity participation, offering mentorship, collaboration, and growth within a supportive infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited an Applied Behavior Analysis program.
• Current or pending BCBA license or certification required as there is a treating element to this role.
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinical standard for the clinic.
• Help choose the market, location, service mix, and patient experience.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
• Partner with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, recruiting, marketing, finance, revenue cycle, IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, and payer contracting.
