Job summary

Ivy Pediatric Therapy seeks a Clinic Director and Investing Partner to build a new Tysons clinic from the ground up. You’ll oversee clinical operations, guide a multidisciplinary team, and establish local relationships with medical professionals while shaping patient experiences.

You’ll receive leadership mentoring, equity opportunities, and comprehensive pre-opening support as part of Ivy Health’s infrastructure, culture, and growth tracks.

Qualifications

• BCBA license or certification required to treat patients.
• Graduate from an accredited ABA program.
• Pediatric therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical care and set the clinic standards.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
• Collaborate with Ivy Health teams (real estate, operations, recruiting, marketing, finance, IT).
