Job summary

ivyrehab is seeking a Pediatric ABA Clinic Director & Investing Partner to build a first-in-market clinic from the ground up. You’ll shape location strategy, oversee clinical care, recruit and mentor the team, and develop relationships with referral partners in the community.

You will partner with Ivy Health to bring infrastructure, leadership, and equity in the new practice, while maintaining clinical autonomy and growth aligned with your passions.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis program.
• Current or pending BCBA license or certification required as there is a treating element to this role.
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinical standard for the clinic.
• Help choose the market, location, service mix, and patient experience.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
• Use business and clinical information to guide responsible growth.
