Job summary

Ivy Health seeks a Clinic Director and Investing Partner to open and grow a brand-new pediatric ABA clinic in Illinois. You will shape the clinic's culture, supervise clinical and non-clinical staff, and deliver high-quality care. You’ll partner with Ivy Health teams to scale operations, build community relations, and drive patient outcomes.

You’ll be supported by infrastructure, leadership coaching, and a clear path to equity as the clinic expands in your local community.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis program.
• Current or pending BCBA license or certification required.
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinical standard for the clinic.
• Lead recruitment, development, and guidance of the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the local community.
• Use clinical and business information to guide responsible growth and partnerships.
