Job summary

Ivy Health in Tysons, VA is seeking a Pediatric ABA Clinic Director & Investing Partner to build a new clinic from the ground up. You will set the clinical standard, shape the service mix, recruit and develop the team, and foster relationships with local referral partners.

This role offers de novo business and leadership training, startup support, and access to Ivy's infrastructure while you maintain clinical autonomy.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis program.
• Current or pending BCBA license or certification required as there is a treating element to this role.
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinical standard for the clinic.
• Help choose the market, location, service mix, and patient experience.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
• Use business and clinical information to guide responsible growth.
• Partner with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, recruiting, marketing, finance, revenue cycle, IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, and payer contracting.
