Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Six months of money handling experience.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the STGC Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Promote Peak Rewards and assist with sign-up.
• Explain rules and benefits of membership.
• Print Peak Rewards cards.
• Assist with promotions and drawings.
• Log winners and promotions in the system.
• Operate Box Office for ticket sales and general information.
• Balance box office cash drawer with zero variance.
• Provide information about casino promotions and events.
