Job summary

Pueblo of Sandia is seeking a friendly server to provide exceptional guest service in our dining areas. You will take orders, serve food and drinks, upsell menu items, and ensure accurate payments while following safety and alcohol-service regulations.

The role emphasizes teamwork, punctual attendance, and maintaining a clean dining environment in a fast-paced setting. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Basic communication and math skills required.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Preferred: Previous restaurant or customer service experience; POS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Promote menu items, upsell, and handle payments accurately.
• Adhere to alcohol service laws and verify ages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
• Communicate guest issues to supervisors and follow attendance policies.
• Perform opening/closing side work and participate in daily stand-ups.
