Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal’s Private Equity Performance Improvement team is seeking an Associate in Operations & Manufacturing to lead and deliver large, complex client engagements across manufacturing operations, supply chain and distribution. You will work closely with PE leadership to identify value creation opportunities, design transformations, and manage cross-functional teams.

Open to all U.S. locations; salary range $90,000–$130,000 with discretionary bonus; comprehensive benefits and global

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of professional experience in manufacturing and/or distribution functions.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience leading large, complex client engagements and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver large, complex PEPI engagements for portfolio companies.
• Identify cost improvements and transformation opportunities.
• Collaborate with PE leadership to design and implement value-adding solutions.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and client relationships to ensure high performance.
