Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is recruiting a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse for a full-time, on-site night shift in Great Falls, Montana. The PCU RN will deliver specialized care, monitor complex patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an ADN (BSN preferred) with MT RN licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, and recent PCU/ICU experience. Pediatric experience is a plus in a supportive, team-oriented unit.

Formación

• Requires ADN; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Montana (or compact) with the ability to obtain Montana endorsement.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (or must be obtained within 6 months).
• Post-graduate clinical experience in an advanced Medical/Surgical unit with Critical Care or PCU/Stepdown experience.
• Pediatric nursing experience is highly desired.
• Proficiency in basic telemetry and EKG interpretation; ability to use standard office software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to hemodynamically stable or unstable patients on a PCU/stepdown unit.
• Manage diverse patient population including pre/post-PCI care and complex surgical cases.
• Monitor and respond to deteriorating clinical conditions with appropriate interventions.
• Operate advanced medical equipment (arterial lines, central lines, chest tubes, short-term vents) and manage titration IV pumps.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams from admission to discharge planning.
• Act as a floor clinical leader and assist with precepting new staff and guiding CNAs/LPNs.
