ExcelliSearch, Inc. seeks an experienced Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, on-site nights position in Great Falls, Montana. The role emphasizes excellent nurse-to-patient ratios, strong teamwork, and compassionate care in a PCU/stepdown setting.

The ideal candidate will have ADN with BSN preferred, MT RN licensure, and certifications in BLS/ACLS/PALS. Prior med-surg/PCU or ICU experience is preferred, with pediatric experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Active Montana RN license or compact eligibility.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS required; EPNC/TNCC preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide specialized nursing care to PCU patients.
• Manage diverse patient populations including pre/post-PCI care.
• Monitor and respond to deteriorating conditions using telemetry.
• Operate arterial/central lines, chest tubes, ventilatory support.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams from admission to discharge.
• Act as clinical lead and precept new staff.
