United Future is seeking a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, on-site night shift in Great Falls, Montana. The role focuses on high-quality patient care with favorable nurse-to-patient ratios, strong administrative support, and a collaborative team culture.

Responsibilities include direct medical/surgical and stepdown care, pre/post-PCI support, ventilatory and line management, and active participation in discharge planning.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
• Active, unrestricted Montana RN license or immediate compact/endorsement eligibility.
• Core certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS; required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Post-graduate clinical practice in an advanced Medical/Surgical unit with recent Critical Care (ICU) or PCU/Stepdown experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide specialized direct nursing care to hemodynamically stable or unstable patients on a PCU/stepdown unit.
• Manage diverse patient population including pre/post-PCI care and related procedures.
• Monitor for deterioration and stabilize patients using advanced assessment techniques.
• Operate and manage arterial lines, central lines, chest tubes, IV pumps, and short-term ventilatory support.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams from admission to discharge planning.
• Precept and support LPNs, CNAs, and ancillary staff on the floor.
