Job summary

SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, on-site night shift in Great Falls, Montana. The role emphasizes strong nurse-to-patient ratios, supportive administration, and a teamwork-driven culture.

You will care for hemodynamically stable to unstable patients on a PCU/stepdown unit, including post-procedure and critical care–adjacent cases, with opportunities for clinical leadership and mentorship of LPNs and CNAs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic cardiac telemetry and EKG interpretation.
• Strong knowledge of advanced nursing principles and patient assessment.
• Familiarity with standard office/computer software.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care for PCU patients on an advanced medical/surgical unit.
• Manage a mixed patient population including pre/post-PCI care and complex procedures.
• Monitor for deterioration and stabilize patient conditions using specialized assessment tools.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams from admission to discharge planning.
• Assist with precepting new staff and guiding support staff.
