St. Joseph Hospice in Mobile, AL is seeking a PCR Sales Representative to join our patient care team. You will build relationships with physicians and discharge planners to secure referrals for home health services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.

• Proven sales success with measurable results.
• Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with formal sales training is a plus.
• Cold calling and pipeline development skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor market targets and adjust strategies to meet census goals.
• Maintain sales territory; employ cold calling and contact planning.
• Deliver presentations to healthcare organizations and professionals.

Essential Duties Include

• Build sales relationships by daily interactions with physicians and discharge planners at the hospital to ensure referral/admissions
• Maintain consistency with market analysis, reflecting referral source targets
• Maintain sales territory in order to meet census goals and comfortable with sales techniques such as cold calling and contact planning.
• Public speaking, give presentations to organizations, businesses, healthcare professionals (MD’s, RN’s, Hospital Executives)
• Daily visits physician offices/hospitals/assisted livings facilities and SNF’s to educate and inform referral sources and patients of home health options

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or have two years of progressive experience in marketing and sales
• At least four years of’ medical marketing experience, preferably hospice.
• Documented sales success: Candidates should have verifiable sales success/awards from previous positions
• General Computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience with formal sales training preferred
• Cold calling as well for business generation
• Must be a highly ethical, self-motivated team player
