Job summary

The Carpenter Health Network in Mobile, AL is seeking a PCR Sales Representative to join our patient care team. You will build relationships with physicians, discharge planners, and hospital staff to educate and refer patients to home health options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing, or equivalent sales experience.
• At least four years of medical marketing experience, preferably hospice.
• Proven sales success with verifiable awards or results.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Build sales relationships by daily interactions with physicians and discharge planners.
• Maintain market analysis reflecting referral source targets.
• Maintain sales territory to meet census goals and use cold calling techniques.
• Deliver presentations to organizations, businesses, and healthcare professionals.
• Visit physician offices, hospitals, and facilities to educate referral sources and patients about home health options.

• Build sales relationships by daily interactions with physicians and discharge planners at the hospital to ensure referral/admissions
• Maintain consistency with market analysis, reflecting referral source targets
• Maintain sales territory in order to meet census goals and comfortable with sales techniques such as cold calling and contact planning.
• Public speaking, give presentations to organizations, businesses, healthcare professionals (MD's, RN's, Hospital Executives)
• Daily visits physician offices/hospitals/assisted livings facilities and SNF' to educate and inform referral sources and patients of home health options

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or have two years of progressive experience in marketing and sales
• At least four years of' medical marketing experience, preferably hospice.
• Documented sales success: Candidates should have verifiable sales success/awards from previous positions
• General Computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience with formal sales training preferred
• Cold calling as well for business generation
• Must be a highly ethical, self-motivated team player
