Job summary

Circuit Spring LLC in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand OEM electronics market share with PCBA, box build, and subassemblies. You will identify opportunities, engage with engineering and procurement teams, and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in BD or account management within electronics manufacturing, proven pull-through with OEMs or contract manufacturers, and strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development, account management, outside sales, or related experience in electronics manufacturing and related industries.
• Proven track record growing customer relationships within OEM, industrial, medical, aerospace, defense, or technology markets.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, purchasing, supply chain, operations, or manufacturing teams.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and close new business.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and pipeline management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives focused on OEM electronics manufacturers and high-reliability industries.
• Identify, pursue, and close new opportunities for PCBA, electronic subassemblies, and related manufacturing services.
• Build relationships with engineering teams, program managers, supply chain professionals, procurement leaders, and executive decision-makers.
• Engage directly with customers to understand technical requirements and align Circuit Spring's manufacturing capabilities with their needs.
• Partner with engineering, quality, estimating, supply chain, and operations teams to develop competitive manufacturing solutions.
• Drive growth within military, medical, industrial controls, instrumentation, OEM electronics, and emerging technology markets.
• Represent Circuit Spring at industry events, trade shows, engineering conferences, and customer facilities.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate forecasting through CRM tools.
• Monitor industry trends, market activity, emerging technologies, and competitive positioning within the electronics manufacturing industry.
