You will build relationships with engineering and procurement teams, identify opportunities for PCBA and electronic subassemblies, and lead strategic sales initiatives across high-rel industries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development or related field in electronics manufacturing.
• Proven ability to develop new business with OEMs and technology markets.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, purchasing, supply chain, and operations.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives focused on OEM electronics.
• Identify, pursue, and close new opportunities for PCBA and related services.
• Build relationships with engineering, program management, procurement, and executives.
• Engage with customers to align capabilities with requirements.
• Maintain active sales pipeline and accurate forecasting.
• Represent Circuit Spring at events and customer facilities.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive positioning.
