Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is a leading global PCB manufacturer with a broad portfolio of mission systems and RF components.

The East Syracuse, NY facility offers first-shift hours and a hands-on production role focused on accurate, timely fabrication of printed circuit boards. Candidates should be able to read blueprints and English instructions, perform basic arithmetic, and stand for long periods while lifting up to 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in process or PCB manufacturing is a plus.
• Knowledge of circuit board terminology and CNC/measurement tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Adherence to production time sensitive disciplines.
• Set and maintain processing equipment within operational parameters.
• Meet or exceed expected output targets and metrics.
• Read blueprints and English instruction documents to take action to produce designed products.
• Read and interpret shop orders to verify operations, count, and quality.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Strictly follow safety and quality guidelines.
• Follow dispatch as required while accommodating hot orders and customer requirements.
• Work closely with others in a team environment.
• Demonstrate a strong, customer-focused culture.
• Operate with a true sense of urgency.
• Exact adherence to process requirements.
