Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in East Syracuse, NY is hiring for a production associate in our first shift, 7:00am - 3:30pm, to support time-sensitive PCB manufacturing and deliver precise results.

First Shift hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm. You will read blueprints and shop orders, operate and maintain processing equipment, and work closely with teammates to meet quality standards while upholding safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• <0>High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</0>
• <0>Experience in PCB manufacturing is a plus.</0>
• <0>Ability to read and follow English instructions and engineering notes.</0>

Responsibilities

• Adhere to production time-sensitive disciplines.
• Set and maintain processing equipment within operational parameters.
• Meet or exceed output targets and metrics.
• Read blueprints and engineering documents to produce precisely designed products.
• Read and interpret shop orders to verify operations, count and quality.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Strictly follow safety and quality guidelines.
• Follow dispatch and adjust for hot orders and customer needs.
• Work closely with others in a team environment.
• Demonstrate a strong, customer-focused culture.
