High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience in PCB manufacturing is a plus.
Lean principles knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

Follow production time sensitive disciplines.
Set and maintain processing equipment within parameters.
Read blueprints and English instructions to produce defined products.
Read and interpret shop orders to verify completion, count, and quality.
Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment.
Adhere to safety and quality guidelines.
Follow dispatch while accommodating schedule changes for hot orders and customer requirements.
Work closely with others in a team environment.
Demonstrate a customer-focused culture.
Operate with urgency and adhere to process requirements.
