Qualifications

• Read and interpret English instructions, blueprints and shop documents.
• Follow written instructions and safety guidelines precisely.
• Perform basic arithmetic as part of quality checks.
• Lift up to 30 pounds and stand for entire shift.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adherence to production time sensitive disciplines.
• Set and maintain processing equipment within operational parameters.
• Meet or exceed expected output targets and metrics.
• Read blueprints and interpret engineering notes to produce designed products.
• Read and verify shop orders for completed operations and quality.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Comply with safety and quality guidelines.
• Follow dispatch while accommodating schedule changes.
• Collaborate with team and maintain customer-focused culture.
• Operate with urgency and adhere to process requirements.
