Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• PCB manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of circuit board terminology.
• Lean principles and continuous improvement preferred.
• Experience with CNC machinery and inspection tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Adherence to production time sensitive disciplines.
• Set and maintain processing equipment within parameters.
• Meet or exceed output targets and metrics.
• Read blueprints and English instructions to produce designed products.
• Interpret shop orders to verify completion, counts, and quality.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Follow safety and quality guidelines.
