Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in East Syracuse, NY is seeking a production technician responsible for operating and maintaining PCB production equipment, reading blueprints, and ensuring quality and on-time output.

The role requires ability to follow written instructions in English, basic arithmetic, and readiness to stand for the shift; first shift hours are 7:00am-3:30pm. Compensation includes health benefits and a 401k. Teamwork and safety culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous PCB/manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of circuit board terminology.
• Experience with CNC machinery and inspection tools (calipers, gauges).
• Lean Principles/continuous improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to production time‑sensitive disciplines.
• Set and maintain processing equipment within parameters.
• Meet or exceed output targets and metrics.
• Read blueprints and English instructions to produce precise products.
• Verify shop orders for completion, count, and quality.
