TTM Technologies, Inc., located at 6457 Fly Road, East Syracuse, NY 13057, is seeking an overnight production associate to operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, read blueprints, and meet output targets in a fast-paced PCB production environment.

This role requires following English instructions, basic math, ability to lift up to 30 pounds, standing for long shifts, and adherence to safety and quality guidelines. High school diploma preferred; prior PCB or CNC experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow written instructions in English
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Experience with reading blueprints is preferred
• Background in PCB manufacturing or CNC tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Adherence to production time sensitive disciplines
• Set and maintain processing equipment within operational parameters
• Meet or exceed expected output targets and metrics
• Read blueprints and engineering notes to produce precisely designed products
• Verify that previous operations are completed and quality is met
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment
• Follow safety and quality guidelines and adapt to schedule changes
• Work in a team environment with a customer-focused mindset
• Operate with urgency and adhere to process requirements
