Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a production associate for our East Syracuse facility. The role involves following detailed English instructions, reading blueprints, and operating CNC equipment while meeting strict output and quality targets.

You will maintain tooling and perform basic maintenance, adhere to safety guidelines, and collaborate closely with team members. High school diploma preferred; PCB manufacturing experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of circuit board terminology helpful.
• Lean Principles/continuous improvement preferred.
• Experience in process and/or PCB manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience with CNC machinery and inspection tools helpful.

Responsibilities

• Adherence to production time sensitive disciplines.
• Set and maintain processing equipment within operational parameters.
• Meet or exceed expected output targets and metrics.
• Read blueprints and English instructions to produce designed products.
• Read shop orders to verify completion, count, and quality.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Follow safety and quality guidelines.
• Assist with dispatch and adapt to schedule changes for hot orders.
• Work in a team environment and demonstrate customer focus.
• Operate with urgency and exact adherence to process requirements.
