Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator to work in a high‑production environment. You will read shop travelers, set up and run equipment, and continually verify product quality while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires reading English instructions, basic computer use, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Overtime and weekend work may be required; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Read and comprehend English work orders, instructions, and customer specs.
  • General computer skills to update records, enter data, and send emails.
  • Able to sit or stand through a shift and lift 10–50 pounds.
  • Willingness to work overtime, including weekends as necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Read and accurately understand the shop traveler (job order, instructions, and customer specifications).
  • Set up and operate different types of machinery according to department processes and each job's requirements.
  • Consistently evaluate product for quality, verifying procedures are followed.
  • Record defects, document quality data, and escalate issues to the production technician, management, or engineering.
  • Read, record, and report required product data on the shop order and in computer systems.
  • Acquire production materials, set up the production area, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Follow all safety training and PPE procedures and report accidents or safety concerns immediately.
  • Cross train on operations and equipment within the area.
