Job summary

Benchmark at Rye in New Hampshire is seeking compassionate LNAs/PCAs/Experienced Caregivers to join our team. The role offers hourly pay of $20.00–$21.25 with days, evenings, and night shifts available in a warm, home-like community.

No licensure required. PCA training is provided to successful candidates. You will deliver care to residents and support their well-being in a friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license preferred; PCA training available
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or assisted living is preferred but not required
• Experience with residents with dementia is desired

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Document care provided and report changes to staff
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support
• Use customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care
• Perform other duties as needed

$20-$21.25/HR

Days 6a-2p

Evenings 2p-10p

Nights 10p-6a

No licensure required. Experienced Caregivers will be provided the PCA Course!

Your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

LNA/PCA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license preferred; PCA training available
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
