Job summary

Benchmark’s Greystone Farm at Salem is seeking compassionate PCA/HHA/CNA/LNA and experienced caregivers to join the team. Full Time, Part Time & Per Diem opportunities available with days, evenings and nights. Up to $20.50/HR.

You will deliver care in a warm, home-like environment and support residents with daily activities. Qualifications include CNA/HHA/LNA license preferred and prior experience in skilled nursing or assisted living; dementia experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license preferred
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or assisted living is preferred
• Experience working with people with dementia is desired

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Document care provided and report changes to staff
• Engage residents with meaningful activities and provide emotional support
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure quality care
• Perform other duties as needed

Greystone Farm at Salem is looking for a compassionate PCA/HHA/CNA/LNA and Experienced Caregivers to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Full Time, Part Time & Per Diem Opportunities!

Days: 6a-2p or 7a-3p

Evenings: 2p-10p or 3p-11p

Nights: 10p-6a or 11p-7a

Up to $20.50/HR

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license preferred or Caregiving Experience
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
