Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Rye, NH is seeking a compassionate LNA/PCA to join our caring team on a part-time basis. The role focuses on delivering high-quality resident care in a warm, home-like environment, including ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.

The LNA/PCA will document care, report changes to staff, engage residents in activities, and provide emotional support, while applying customer service skills to ensure meaningful care.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living preferred but not required.
• Experience with dementia is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Documenting care and reporting changes to staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Using customer service skills to ensure meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Part time LNA / PCA. 2nd or 3rd shift. Rate from $20 to $21.25

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a LNA / PCA , your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

LNA / PCA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
