Job summary

CARIN Alliance in North Carolina seeks a Personal Care Aide to provide in-home client care, follow care plans, and support clients' self-help activities. You will assist with personal hygiene, mobility, meal prep, and light housekeeping while maintaining safety and confidentiality.

Daily tasks include EVV timesheets and adherence to infection control protocols; applicant must be at least 18, with 6 months caregiving experience and ability to read and write.

Qualifications

• Able to follow care plans and maintain client confidentiality.

• Administer medications only through self-administration support, not direct administration.

Job description

Role: Personal Care Aide responsible for providing in-home client care, following care plans, and supporting clients' self-help activities.
Responsibilities include: assisting with personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, oral care), mobility support, meal preparation (including special diets), light housekeeping tasks, and ensuring a safe, clean environment. Aides must complete daily tasks via EVV or electronic timesheets, adhere to safety and infection control protocols, and respect client confidentiality and privacy.
