Allyon is seeking a PC Technician in New York, NY to support USACE mission-critical IT operations. The role involves hands-on hardware/software management, remote user support, and cross-team coordination in high-responsibility environments. Active Secret Clearance is required, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in IT/related field with 4 years IT/field support experience.
• Experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft Office.
• Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, network troubleshooting, and IT equipment setup.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively, and work across teams.
• Proficiency with remote IT support tools and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software.
• Support users onsite and remotely with technical and operational needs.
• Deploy PCs, printers, peripherals; configure operating systems and install applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and printer issues.
• Coordinate repairs and collaborate with IT teams.
• Manage and resolve support tickets through ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar tools.
• Contribute to system improvements and operational reliability.
