Job summary

Allyon is seeking a PC Technician in Washington, DC to support USACE mission-critical IT operations. The role requires an Active Secret Clearance, a bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, and 4+ years of IT/support experience.

You will install, configure, and maintain desktops, support users on-site and remotely, and manage tickets using ServiceNow or Remedy. Travel is required, and proficiency in Windows environments, Office, troubleshooting, and collaboration across IT teams is essential.

Qualifications

Active Secret Clearance required.
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field with 4 years IT/support experience.
Experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft Office.
Strong hardware, software, and network troubleshooting knowledge.
Proven problem-solving, communication, and multitasking abilities.
Willingness to travel and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software.
Support users onsite and remotely with technical and operational needs.
Deploy PCs, printers, and peripherals.
Configure operating systems and install applications.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and printer issues.
Coordinate repairs and collaborate across IT teams.
Manage and resolve support tickets through ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar tools.
