Allyon, Inc. is seeking a PC Technician in New York, NY to support USACE mission-critical IT operations. The role requires maintaining deskside and remote support, deploying PCs/printers, and ensuring system reliability in high-stakes environments.

Ideal candidates will hold an Active Secret Clearance, a relevant IT degree or equivalent experience, and demonstrate strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networks. Travel and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifikationen

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree ( or equivalent work experience ) in IT/CS or related field with 4 years of IT support experience.
• Experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft Office.
• Strong hardware, software, and network troubleshooting knowledge.
• Proven remote IT support and ticketing experience.
• Must travel and have a valid driver's license.

Aufgaben

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop hardware and software.
• Supporting users onsite and remotely with technical and operational needs.
• Deploying PCs, printers, and peripherals.
• Configuring operating systems and installing applications.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and printer issues.
• Coordinating repairs and collaborating across IT teams.
• Managing and resolving support tickets through ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar tools.
• Contributing to system improvements and operational reliability.
