Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks a PC Technician to provide desktop and help desk support for SOMTC classrooms at Fort Bragg (Fort Liberty), NC. The role includes supporting Mission Readiness Exercise environments and ensuring systems meet security and operational standards.

You will troubleshoot workstation, software, and peripheral issues, document actions, and maintain a secure, mission-ready IT environment for SOMTC staff.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in an IT-related field or 4 years of professional IT experience.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
• Knowledge of cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
• Understanding of IT architecture and physical components.
• Experience with system operation, maintenance and security.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software.
• Ability to document and query incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and help desk support for SOMTC classrooms.
• Support MRX environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve workstation, software, and peripheral issues.
• Ensure systems meet security, configuration, and operational standards.
• Document support actions and update incident/ticketing systems.
• Assist SOMTC staff in maintaining a reliable, secure, and mission ready IT environment.
