Job summary

Angayut is seeking a Technical Support Analyst I to support a US Army customer in Arlington, VA. This on-site role includes handling IT issues, user accounts, LAN/Wi-Fi, and coordinating with the JSP on security upgrades; a Secret clearance is required.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's or equivalent IT experience, 5+ years serving federal government clients, and strong MS Office skills; responsibilities include AV support for meetings and maintaining inventory and access controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
• 5+ years providing IT services to federal government customers
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Secret clearance required

Responsibilities

• Assist the Information Management Officer for IT issues and configurations
• Issue user LAN and wireless accounts and monitor internet use and security
• Coordinate with OSD JSP for security upgrades and equipment turn-in
• Support software/hardware training and update agency policies
• Maintain property accountability records and conduct inventories
• Provide AV support for Video Teleconferencing and meetings
