Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline Tier 1 IT support to end users across the hospital and affiliates.
• Identify and resolve hardware and software problems to the network level; escalate complex issues.
• Install and configure new hardware and software with users, vendors, and IS staff.
• Document actions taken to resolve tickets in the Magic Service Desk system.
• Communicate with customers per priority and schedule Work Orders promptly.
• Use security tools and best practices to protect hospital systems.
• Share knowledge and promote teamwork; provide limited training to end users.
• Determine user requirements and provide configuration, pricing, and sourcing information as needed.
