Encore Technologies is seeking a Refresh Analyst to manage the desktop PC refresh cycle for client environments. You will plan, coordinate, and execute hardware upgrades, working with client IT teams, vendors, and end-users to minimize downtime and improve performance.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration, accurate documentation, and day‑one support, with in‑office deployment at client locations. A Bachelor’s degree and proficiency in MS Office are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, business, or related field.
• Strong written and oral communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Experience in project management and documenting project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Meet regularly with Department Contacts during deployment cycles.
• Identify eligible systems and provide lists to department contacts.
• Quote and order computers and accessories as needed.
• Update project documentation and log deployments.
• Ensure new deployment documentation is recorded in systems.
• Identify BMI software packages and verify licenses.
• Provide remote user assistance as required.
• Day One end-user support and escalation handling.
• Lead Refresh Team and coordinate with technicians.
• Be available for initial escalations and issues.
