Job summary

Apex Systems is hiring for a PC Refresh/Associate Workstation position located in Woodland Hills, CA (on-site). The role supports a Microsoft-based network with desktop and networking tasks, asset deployment, and troubleshooting.

The candidate will work under IT guidance to deploy plans, stage assets, and maintain computing assets while collaborating with teammates for process improvements. On-site, with 100% local travel expectations.

Qualifications

• Entry-level PC support experience with installation, deployment and hardware troubleshooting.
• HSD/GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support a Windows 10/11 and Office 365 environment.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot PC hardware/software.
• Receive, move, and stage computing assets for build and imaging.
• Update asset management system after equipment updates.
• Perform data transfer and recovery, and resolve basic network issues.
• Prepare computers for deployment by scanning assets for apps/settings.
• Interview clients to identify deployment considerations.
• Manage incoming/outgoing assets and prepare for disposition.
• Collaborate with teammates to identify process improvements.
