Job summary

Spectrumforce Technologies in Blacksburg, VA, is seeking an IT PC Refresh Technician for a 6-month assignment with potential extension. You will build, swap and deploy refreshed hardware to end users, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and provide high-quality customer service to support IT operations. After-hours support may be required for emergencies.

The role requires 1-2 years in a technical customer support role, Windows and Mac OS experience, and IT-related certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a technical customer support role.
• Experience installing and configuring computer systems.
• Experience with Windows and Mac OS.
• Industry certifications preferred (Windows 10/11, CompTIA A+, ITIL, Dell).
• Strong written and interpersonal communication.
