Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with PC Refresh throughout the Commonwealth.
• Report IT requests to the Operations Center.
• Schedule and manage refresh appointments with users.
• Coach staff on troubleshooting issues.
• Provide weekly reports on the status of operations.
