Job summary

Iron Bow Technologies in Fort Liberty, NC is seeking a PC Technician to support end-user computing and peripherals, ensuring smooth operations of computers and related devices.

You will install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and software; troubleshoot network and hardware issues; migrate data to new machines; and support VIP customers on site, within a security-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience as a PC Technician, Systems Administrator or Help Desk Analyst.
• Security+CE or equivalent IAT II certification.
• TS/SCI clearance required; minimum of TS at hire.

Responsibilities

• Interface with various support service groups to ensure proper Installation of services. Apply basic knowledge of PC/LAN communications hardware/software in a multi-protocol environment. PC Technicians log, validate and perform IMACs on the full range of products.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop PCs and peripherals such as printers
• Install, and configure application and operating system software and upgrades
• Troubleshoot, and repair hardware and network connectivity issues
• Remove old equipment and performing data migration to new machines
• Diagnose, log and fix VIP customer issues on a full range of applications used on customer site
