Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and troubleshooting for ACS products and services.
• Educate customers on available ACS products and services.
• Provision and de-provision products and services.
• Determine cable distribution to fulfill service requirements.
• Install and configure PBX/Key systems and related equipment.
• Conduct fault location and routine maintenance tests.
