Job summary

Auris, backed by Acrisure, LLC, is seeking a Payroll Territory Manager in the Boston area to prospect, present auris payroll solutions, and close deals with small to mid-sized businesses. You will train SPAs, manage client relationships, and expand the payroll/HCM services footprint while working with the PDM.

The role combines field activity with training, reporting to the Payroll Division Manager, and a fast-paced sales cycle, with on-site collaboration and strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid driver’s license and reliable auto insurance.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; strong in-person and phone sales.
• Preference for supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients for Payroll/HCM services.
• Maintain and update CRM records for client interactions.
• Set appointments and present Auris payroll solutions to close deals.
• Train and coach Senior Product Advisors (SPAs).
