Job summary

Auris, the payroll and HR partner, is seeking a Field Sales Representative to prospect and close deals with small and mid-sized merchants in the region. You will present Auris solutions in person and by phone, manage opportunities in Atlas CRM, and collaborate with a Payroll Division Manager and Territory Manager to maximize outcomes.

During training you’ll be teamed with a PDM/PTM, then you’ll set your own schedule to leverage 100% commissions and residuals on the business you bring in, with a

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Two years of relevant sales experience.
• Able to be in the field at least 50% of the time.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Professional demeanor with integrity and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and set first appointments.
• Maintain client records in Atlas CRM with call notes and contact info.
• Achieve minimum production requirements and secure wins.
• Stay current on product portfolio and fintech industry changes.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leadership.
• Other duties as assigned.
