Job summary

Auris is seeking a Payroll Territory Manager to drive sales of Payroll/HCM solutions in the Las Vegas area. Prospect, present in person or by phone, and close deals in a fast cycle, reporting to the Payroll Division Manager.

You’ll train Senior Product Advisors and use Atlas CRM for lead generation and contracts, with on-site collaboration about half the time. We offer comprehensive benefits and a first-year earnings potential of $90,000–$105,000+ with uncapped weekly commissions and a 401(k)

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Incentive-driven sales mindset.
• Professional demeanor and integrity.
• High sense of urgency and sales talent.
• Enjoys cold-calling and face-to-face interactions.
• Field work up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients into Payroll/HCM services.
• Maintain CRM records in Atlas.
• Achieve minimum production, set first-time appointments.
• Grow knowledge of product portfolio and fintech trends.
• Attend weekly team meetings and 1:1 with leader.
• Train and coach Senior Product Advisors (SPAs).
• Provide status updates to Payroll Division Manager (PDM).
• Schedule appointments with business owners via multiple channels.
• Close sales of Auris business solutions.
