Job summary

Auris is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect, present, and close payroll solutions for small to mid-sized businesses. You will operate in a fast sales cycle, reporting to a Payroll Division Manager and training with a Territory Manager.

This role emphasizes equity in residuals and 100% commission potential. During training you will learn our tablet-based Atlas CRM for lead generation, sales presentations, financial analysis, and paperless contracting.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance.
• Two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients.
• Maintain existing/prospective client records in Atlas CRM per policy.
• Set appointments with business owners to drive sales.
• Present Auris solutions to close sales in small to mid-sized businesses.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leaders.
