Job summary

Asure Software is seeking an Implementation Specialist to translate client payroll tax requirements into scalable configurations and support successful adoption of our tax product. You will lead training, define client requirements, configure the solution, validate results through testing, and own implementations from kickoff to stabilization, ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supporting clients with their US payroll and/or tax processing.
• 2+ years of success in a dedicated account ownership service model.
• Solid understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and payroll principles.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end client implementations, applying deep product expertise to build accurate configurations and deliver successful outcomes.
• Delivers group presentations and training sessions that enable clients to confidently use and maintain Asure Software.
• Owns all stages of software implementation projects with clear accountability for scope, quality, and timelines.
