Job summary

Asure Software is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end client configurations of our payroll tax product, translating requirements into scalable solutions. You will drive adoption through training, define client needs, configure solutions, validate outcomes, and own results from kickoff to stabilization.

The role is on-site and can be based from Nashville, TN or Virginia Beach, VA, with responsibilities spanning discovery, configuration, delivery, deployment, and two payrolls

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting clients with US payroll and/or tax processing.
• 2+ years in a dedicated account ownership service model.
• Solid understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and payroll principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end client implementations with accurate configurations and delivers successful outcomes.
• Delivers group presentations and training sessions enabling clients to confidently use the Asure tax product.
• Owns all stages of software implementations with accountability for scope, quality, and timelines (Discovery, Configure, Deliver, Deploy, Support).
• Deliver results on time and ensure client product and procedure adoption.
• Provides status reports and project updates to the project team.
• Anticipates and resolves project hurdles through coordination with clients and internal teams.
• Creates client advocacy by leaving customers satisfied and willing to provide references.
