Job summary

Asure Software in Nashville, TN is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead client configurations of our payroll tax product. You will translate requirements into scalable solutions, drive adoption, and own implementations from kickoff to stabilization.

This on-site role focuses on training, validating outcomes, and delivering on-time results while maintaining strong client relationships. Candidates should have 3+ years in US payroll support and 2+ years in account ownership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supporting clients with US payroll and/or tax processing.
• 2+ years in a dedicated account ownership service model.
• Solid understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and payroll principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end client implementations, applying deep product expertise to build accurate configurations and deliver successful outcomes.
• Delivers group presentations and training sessions that enable clients to confidently use and maintain Asure Software.
• Owns all stages of software implementation projects with clear accountability for scope, quality, and timelines.
• Deliver results on time and ensure adoption of our procedures.
• Provides status reports and updates to the project team and supports clients through first two payrolls.
