Job summary

Asure Software seeks an Implementation Specialist for an on-site role based in Nashville, TN or Virginia Beach, VA. You will lead client configurations of our payroll tax product, drive adoption, and own implementations from kickoff to stabilization.

You will train clients, capture requirements with clarity, and validate outcomes through testing, ensuring successful delivery and reference-ability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supporting clients with US payroll and/or tax processing.
• 2+ years in an account ownership service model.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and payroll principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• CPP, FPC, PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client implementations with accurate configurations.
• Deliver group presentations and training sessions for clients.
• Own all stages of software implementation projects with scope, quality, and timelines.
• Provide status reports and project updates to the project team.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to keep implementations on track.
• Create client advocacy and gather references.
