Job summary

ADP is hiring a Payroll Support Representative -- Level I in Alpharetta, GA. This role provides guidance on WFN, PayX, ezLM, Portal, HRB and related applications to Client Payroll Administrators, researching issues and delivering accurate responses across payroll practices.

Share expertise with internal teams, manage client data maintenance, and escalate complex issues when needed. A strong emphasis on service excellence and proactive client updates is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; FPC certification encouraged.
• Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience.
• Familiarity with WFN/Portal, AutoPay, HR/TA modules.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Client questions about WFN, PayX, ezLM, Portal, HRB applications; provide navigation support.
• Assist Clients with data maintenance and configuration changes; coordinate with PTO, 401k, and other teams as needed.
• Perform new feature setup requests and assist with payroll processing questions.
